We deployed an AI voice agent that automatically calls reps for short 5-10 minute conversational training modules. A custom AI evaluation engine scores responses in real time and identifies knowledge gaps. Power Automate handles claims processing and provider communications. Connected to their existing SQL backend, with Power BI dashboards delivering real-time metrics on claims, provider performance, and customer satisfaction.
